Privacy Policy

Vektoid is an AI logo and SVG generation service operated by Keldrion, LLC (“we”, “us”) and available at vektoid.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and who processes it.

Data we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information. We do not see your Google password.
• Content you generate. The prompts you submit and the SVG marks produced from them are stored so your generation history works across sessions.
• Credits and billing. Your credit balance, daily refill timestamps, and a ledger of credit transactions (including Stripe checkout session identifiers) are stored to operate the credit system. Card numbers and payment credentials are never sent to us — payments are processed entirely by Stripe.
• Usage and diagnostics. Request logs (timing, model used, token counts, error details) and rate-limiting counters are recorded to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.

AI processing of your prompts

To generate a logo, your prompt is transmitted to OpenRouter, which routes it to the third-party model provider you selected (for example DeepSeek, OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic). Your prompt and the model output are processed by those providers under their own policies. Please do not include confidential or personal information in prompts you do not want shared with those providers.

Service providers

• Google — sign-in authentication (OAuth).
• OpenRouter and upstream model providers — AI generation of your prompts.
• Stripe — payment processing for credit purchases.
• Neon — hosted PostgreSQL database storage.
• Vercel — application hosting, content delivery, and product analytics.
• Upstash — rate limiting (abuse prevention).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (a session cookie) and to protect sign-in against CSRF attacks. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

Your prompts and generated marks are retained while your account is active so your history remains available. You can request export or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will action verified requests within 30 days, except where we must retain transaction records for accounting or legal obligations.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
